Privacy Policy

Nexroute (operated by Remora Technologies Corp.) respects the privacy of the individuals and organizations it works with, including the business partners whose transactions our infrastructure processes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we handle it, and the protections that apply when it crosses borders.

RTC-PRIVACY-001 · v1.0

01 Who we are

Remora Technologies Corp. acts as a data controller for the business contact information described below, and as a data processor when it processes transaction or order-flow data on behalf of a partner under a service agreement. Where we act as a processor, that partner’s own privacy notice and instructions govern how their end users’ data is handled; this policy covers our own handling of the data within our infrastructure.

02 What we collect

  • Business contact information provided by partners and counterparties (name, email, company).
  • Transaction and order-flow data processed on behalf of a partner in the course of providing our services.
  • Standard website usage data collected through normal web analytics.

03 How and why we use it

  • To operate our services, perform our contracts with partners, and communicate with them.
  • Transaction data belonging to one partner is kept separate and is not combined with another partner’s data.
  • We do not sell personal information, and do not share it beyond what is needed to provide our services.

04 Sharing and sub-processors

Information is shared only with service providers who support our infrastructure, under confidentiality and security obligations, and as required by law. Sub-processors are assessed and reviewed under our third-party risk management policy before being engaged.

05 Cross-border transfers

As a company operating internationally, information we process may be handled in jurisdictions other than your own. Where this occurs, we apply contractual data-protection terms with the providers involved and technical safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls restricting who can reach the data — consistent with recognized data-protection principles, regardless of where it is processed.

06 Storage and security

Data is stored on infrastructure protected by access controls, encryption and continuous monitoring. Access to transaction data is restricted to personnel who need it and is logged, as described in our Information Security Policy (available on request under NDA).

07 Blockchain-specific note

Some of the transactions our services relate to occur on public blockchains, which are open and immutable by design. Our responsibility under this policy is limited to the information within our own systems; it does not extend to data made public by the blockchain itself or to how other, independent parties may use it.

08 Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected or as required by an applicable agreement, and delete it thereafter, including from backups within the normal backup cycle.

09 Your rights

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements. Where we process data on behalf of a partner, requests about that data should first be directed to the partner.

10 Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective version is always the one published at this URL.
